I’m Hannah, a counsellor and psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals on their journey toward self-awareness, healing, and meaningful change. I have completed a postgraduate diploma in Integrative Counselling and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in the field. My therapeutic approach is person-centred at its core, creating a safe and compassionate space where you feel truly heard and valued. I also draw from psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural (CBT) and other creative methods, allowing me to adapt our sessions to meet your unique needs and challenges.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their ethical framework, ensuring the highest standards of care, professionalism, and confidentiality in my practice.
In addition to my counselling qualifications, I bring a rich and diverse background to my work. I hold a BA in Theology and have years of pastoral care experience, supporting individuals with empathy and understanding. My extensive career in hospitality management has further strengthened my ability to build trust and create warm, welcoming spaces where clients feel at ease.
Outside of therapy, I find inspiration and restoration in the natural world. I enjoy walking through the stunning landscapes of Wales, paddleboarding, and exploring my creativity through art. These interests allow me to immerse myself in the wonders of nature and the creative process, bringing a deeper sense of connection and vitality to my holistic approach to supporting your well-being.
I believe that therapy is not just about overcoming challenges but also about uncovering strengths and creating meaningful change. If you’re ready to take the next step toward emotional well-being and personal growth, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you. Feel free to reach out—I’m here to help.
